Grey Herons on sea ice

On this particular trip my theme was to capture the effect of winter on wild life. Although late April it was still freezing hard in Poland. The water near the peninsula was still partially frozen over and all sorts of birds gathered near open water to wait for something to change. I particularly loved how the Grey Herrons seemed to complement the colours around them.
