Black Rhino in the crater

I am fully aware that this image isn't the highest quality. But the main reason why I started out with this website is to show the world that any species is worth saving. For me the rhino embodies that even more than the panda. The plight of the rhino is now in a state that the value of a young calve is so high that Tanzania even protects it's calves against natural predation. I understand the need but on the other hand also can't help to wonder how that interference will affect the species.
